Lou "Agent O" Cappetta is a podcaster, author, comedian, and hip-hop artist from New Jersey. His love of hip-hop began in the late 1980's when he first heard Big Daddy Kane, and his love for the music and culture has never left. He has put out his own albums "Micnificent" (2002) & "Garden State of Mind" (2009). Away from music, he's focused on his podcast "The Lou Cappetta Show".
